Camping at the Speedway is one of the best ways to fully experience the excitement of NASCAR’s Coke Zero Sugar 400. With the track right at your doorstep, you’re always close to the action. However, spaces fill up quickly – booking in advance is highly recommended.

Campground Overview

Infield Campground is the heart of the Daytona camping experience. Positioned inside the Speedway, it places fans just steps from the racing surface. It accommodates both RVs and tents, offering full hookups for RVs (including water, electricity, and sewer), as well as designated tent areas with nearby water access. Restrooms, showers, and 24-hour security ensure a comfortable and secure stay.

The infield has a vibrant and high-energy atmosphere, with fans setting up elaborate tailgates and gathering for social fun throughout the race weekend. It’s perfect for those looking to immerse themselves completely in the NASCAR experience, though keep in mind it can get loud, especially at night.

Grounds campsites

Just outside the infield, these sites offer a more relaxed environment while still keeping fans within walking distance of the Speedway. Designed for RV camping only, these full-hookup sites come with water, sewer, and electric connections. Facilities include restrooms, showers, and on-site security. Fans also benefit from shuttle transport to the track.

Best for: RV campers who prefer a slightly quieter setup without giving up proximity to race-day activities.
