RULES FOR VISITORS

As with all NASCAR events, attendees of the Coke Zero Sugar 400 must follow the rules and regulations set by the event organisers. Below is a basic summary of what you need to know:

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

For safety reasons, any items that could cause damage, disrupt the event, or pose a risk to others are strictly prohibited. This includes merchandise or tickets intended for resale. All visitors will undergo a security check at the entrance. Anyone refusing to comply may be denied entry without a refund. Please note that certain items are not allowed within the venue. 

The following list is not exhaustive but highlights the most commonly restricted items:

• Aerosol cans (except for sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitiser, and bug spray)
• Collapsible chairs
• Confederate flag displays
• Dry ice
• Firearms
• Fireworks, noisemakers, and air horns
• Frisbees, balloons, beach balls, or any other projectile
• Glass or ceramic items of any kind
• Illegal substances of any kind
• Knives longer than 3 inches (when closed) or longer than 6 inches (when open)
• Laser pointers
• Metal components on seat cushions
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Selfie sticks
• Skateboards, hoverboards, roller skates, bicycles, or scooters
• Tripods and monopods
• Umbrellas
• Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), also known as drones
• Utility tools (multi-purpose tools) with a knife blade longer than 3 inches
• Wagons
• Hard-sided coolers (Styrofoam, plastic, metal, etc.)

WHAT CAN YOU BRING WITH YOU?

To make your visit to a NASCAR event as hassle-free as possible, it’s best to travel light and stick to the essentials. Be sure to bring items like your phone, some cash, a backup battery for your camera, and tickets valid for each day of attendance. It’s also important to carry a valid ID for both yourself and any children in your group.

The following items are permitted inside the event grounds:

• One clear bag or backpack (maximum size 18" x 18" x 14")
• One soft-sided cooler (maximum size 14" x 14" x 14")
• One clutch bag or fanny pack (maximum size 4.5" x 6.5")
• Non-professional cameras
• Binoculars
• Insulated cups
• Service animals
• Strollers
• Your food and drinks (including alcohol), as long as they are packed in a clear bag or cooler
